Trellis
Governance & audit for AI-built software

Ship at agent speed.
Prove every step.

Your team can now build faster than anyone can review. In a regulated business that is a risk, not a win - because nobody can prove what was actually done. Trellis records the proof as the work happens, so your releases stay defensible and your auditor reads a record instead of booking interviews.

Built for:
  • SaaS
  • Healthcare
  • Fintech
  • Manufacturing
  • Public Sector
  • AI / ML
Govern

Set the rules once.

The regulations you answer to, the standards you promised customers, and the way your team agreed to work all live in one place - in a form the platform can actually enforce. More than 30 rulebooks arrive ready to switch on, from Saudi PDPL and ZATCA e-invoicing to ISO 27001.

Execute

Work that plans itself.

You give a goal and a date. Trellis works out the tasks that goal actually requires, hands them to your people and your agents, and keeps the board, the timeline and the calendar in step on its own. Nobody maintains a project plan.

Prove

The audit is already written.

Every claim points at the record behind it - the task, the change, the release, the check that passed. It builds up while the work happens, not in the fortnight before a review. When the auditor arrives, there is nothing left to assemble.

What comes built in

The rulebooks, already loaded.

Adopting a standard normally means months of interpretation before anyone can act on it. These arrive ready to enforce - regulation, engineering practice, product method, brand, finance and accessibility, in one place.

How it works

Goals in, tasks out.

Most tools hand you an empty task list and wish you luck. Trellis starts from what you have to satisfy. Adopt ZATCA e-invoicing with a year-end deadline, and the platform works out which requirements you do not meet yet, opens one task for each, and routes it to whoever - or whatever - does the work. When the proof arrives, the task closes itself. Your board, timeline and calendar are all views of that same record, so none of them can go stale.

Where Trellis sits

Not another dashboard on top of the work.

Compliance tools gather evidence after the fact. Project tools track what people say they did. Trellis sits underneath both: the rules are enforced at the moment work happens - the change, the release, the approval - so the evidence is a by-product of the work instead of a project of its own. If something cannot be proven, it does not ship. That refusal is the product.
